The approximately 60 participants selected for DDLP represent a cross-section of metro area private, public and non-profit employers. They have demonstrated a strong commitment for their community, a passion for Downtown Denver and an interest in building their leadership skills and civic voice. 

 

Through interactions with an array of community leaders, participants gain insights into the unique opportunities and dynamic challenges inherent to urban environments. They are empowered to advocate for initiatives that fortify Denver's core for years to come, and encouraged to lean into current city building conversations to help shape the future of Downtown Denver.
